Product Overview


This type of pump is composed of a QJ (R) submersible pump and a YQS submersible motor and submerged under water. It has the advantages of compact structure, small size, low noise, no secondary pollution, convenient installation and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and no need to build a pump house.It can be used vertically or horizontally, and can also be used in open water and as a ground pump.Compared with other ground water pumps, it has the advantages of small floor space, no pollution or leakage,convenient installation and use.It can be used in residential areas, high-rise building, villa water supply and other places. It is an ideal substitute for centrifugal pumps such as traditional ISG and DL.


Product Characteristic

1) The pump is centrifugal or mixed flow; the water lubricated bearing is adopted;use a coupling to rigidly connect to the motor.The pump impeller rotates under the motor to generate centrifugal force, which rise the liquid flow through the pump casing.A non-return valve body is arranged at the upper end of the water pump to prevent the working parts from being damaged due to the backflow of water in the water pipe when the electric pump is stopped.There is a drain hole on the valve to slowly release the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing in winter. (Note: low head submersible pump does not have a check valve body)

2) The motor is a closed water-filled wet structure.The stator winding of the motor is made of water-resistant polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed multilayer electromagnetic wire.Both the guide bearing and the thrust bearing are made of water-lubricated material.The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings.The bottom of the motor is equipped with a pressure regulating film (made of rubber) to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water in the machine caused by the temperature rise of the motor.The upper end shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand-proof mechanism to prevent sediment from entering the inside of the body.

3) Pipe part: It is used to connect the electric pump to hoist it in the machine well and transport the water to the ground.It is mainly composed of short water pipes, water pipes, elbows, clamp plate and other components.The short water pipe is a transitional component of the connection between the water pipeline and the electric pump.The elbow is installed at the well's mouth to change the direction of water flow.The clamp plate is used to hoist and secure the output line during installation of the electric pump.
