The ISG series single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a clever combination design based on the general vertical pump.Besides,according to different temperature, medium, etc., based on the ISG type, the hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pump and oil pump are derived.This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.The product meets the requirements of the latest national mechanical department JB/T53058-93.The design and manufacturing of the product in accordance with the international IS02858 standard.

Product Characteristic:

- This pump is a vertical structure. The outlet and inlet have the same diameter, which located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The appearance is compact and beautiful.The floor space is small, so the construction cost is lower.If it is equipped with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

- The impeller is directly mounted on the extension shaft of the motor, and the axial dimension is short so the structure is compact.The pump and motor bearings are configured reasonably to balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring smooth operation of the pump with low vibration and low noise.

- Mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination is adopted as the shaft seal. Imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium-sized high temperature mechanical seal and hard alloy material,wear-resistant seal, therefore the service life of mechanical seals can extend effectively.

- The installation and maintenance is convenient, disassembly of the pipeline system is not necessary. All rotor components can be removed by removing the pump coupling nut.

- The series and parallel operation modes of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of use, i.e., the flow and the head.

- The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump is optional according to the requirements of the pipeline arrangement.
