Solution

No water comes out from the pump

 

a. The pump was not filled with liquid

b. Suction tube leak

c. The inlet and inlet valves are closed, the inlet and outlet pipeline is blocked, impeller channel is blocked

d. The rotating direction of motor is wrong.Motor phase loss,the speed is slow.

e. The suction height is too high. The bottom valve is leaking

a. Inject more water into the pump

b.Tighten every sealing surface to remove air

c. Check and remove the blockage

d. Adjust the motor rotating direction, tighten the electrode wiring

e. Reduce the suction height and change the bottom valve condition

Flow rate lower than the designed flow

a. The pump or the pipe is blocked, the valve is not open enough

b. Voltage is too low

c. The seal ring has worn too much

d. The pump inlet pipe flow is blocked

 

a.Remove the blockage and adjust the valve

b. Make the voltage stable

c. Replace seal ring

d.Check if the pipeline is bend or deformed and corrected, if the resistance is too large, improve the inlet pipeline

The pump consumes too much power

a. Packing gland is too tight, packing chamber is hot

b. Impeller wear

c. The water supply is too large

d. Pump bearing wear

a. Loosen the packing gland

b. Replace impeller

c. Turn down small valve to reduce the flow

d. Replace the bearing

Pump internal sound is abnormal and the water cant be pumped out

a. There is too much resistance in the suction pipe

b. There is air in the suction point

c. The suction head is too high

a. Check the pump and pipe, check the bottom valve and troubleshoot

b. Screw up and eliminate the air leakage

c. Reduce suction height

The Noise of Vibration

a. Pipeline support unstable

b. Cavitation

c. Bearing damage

d. Pump shaft and motor shaft are not in the same central line

e. Motor overload and hot

a. Make the pipeline stable

b. Reduce vacuum degree

c. Replace the bearing

d.Align the motor and water pump

e. Adjust the buttons

Motor Heating

a. Too big flow, overload operation

b. Insufficient electricity supply

c. motor bearing is damaged

d. scratches.

a.Close small outlet valve

b.Voltage regulation

d.Check for exclusion

a. Turn down the outlet valve

b. Make the voltage stable

c. Replace the bearing

Bearing Overheat

a. Bearing lack of oil

b. The pump shaft and motor shaft are not in a central line

a. Oiling

b. Align the center line of the axis
